SAFETY AUDIT

What Is Safety Audit?

We conduct Safety Audits for process industries across India. In our audits, we follow sound auditing techniques and applicable legal guidelines. The audit report provides a systematic critical appraisal of the effectiveness of the company/plant’s safety program. Safety audits are conducted to rate an organization’s total safety and health program, identify its strengths and weaknesses, show where improvements are needed, and create a process and procedure by which problems can be corrected. There are several types of audits; all with specific purpose and deliverable.

Why Are We Doing This?

  1. To discover and identify potential hazards
  2. Check the safety of your workplace and equipment
  3. To verify that your processes are in compliance
  4. To verify that your employees and management are engaged in your safety programs
  5. To determine if you are documenting your safety and health program activities properly.
  6. To evaluate the adequacy of safety training and performance.
  7. To meet the legal requirements.

SAFETY AUDIT

Electrical Safety Audit

Electrical Safety Audit

Electrical Safety Audit is examining the safety of electrical installations of any industrial unit or organization.

The purpose of an electrical safety audit is to identify potentially hazardous electrical situations and offers a structured path for continual improvement towards best practices. To achieve this objective, we depute professionally trained auditors to identify ‘Opportunities and Measures for Improvements’ in Electrical Safety Auditing. Auditors follow a systematic approach for evaluating potential electrical hazards and produce reports recommending actions for improvement in Electrical Safety Installations.

Electrical Safety Audit helps in identifying:

  1. Electrical hazards to minimize the risk of accidents,
  2. Areas of risk or vulnerability in electrical systems and installations,
  3. Ensuring the longevity of expensive electronic equipment like computers and other machines,
  4. Development of a dynamic record of safety performance,
  5. Creation of a positive cycle of safety improvement,
  6. Ensuring compliance with Regulatory and industrial safety-related best practices.
Fire Safety Audit

Fire Safety Audit

We conduct Fire Safety Audits for Various Industries, High Rise Buildings, etc. as per National Building Code of India, 2005 and other relevant safety standards to identify all hazards for taking corrective & preventive actions. We also help you in preparing the emergency plans for fire safety and conduct mock drills. Fire Safety Audit is an integral & an essential part of the loss prevention strategy. The objectives of the Fire Safety Audit are to look after the safety, health & the welfare of employees in the industry, to maintain the high standards of safe operation and to

Process Safety Audit

Process Safety Audit

Industries that handle large quantities of hazardous substances are required to demonstrate their capability to design, locate, operate, and maintain facilities to standards acceptable to the Govt. and public.  Process Safety Audit is one of the most effective tool available for occupiers and managers of hazardous installations to check and reassure the effectiveness of procedures and methods followed on process safety. Health and Safety Executive of UK define Safety Audit, “as the structured process of collecting independent information on the efficiency, effectiveness, and reliability of the total health and safety management system and drawing up a plan for corrective action”.

We examine all facilities and activities of an organization from the angle of process safety, assess the current level of prevention, protection, and emergency management preparedness and subsequently, suggesting an action plan to upgrade safety inputs to avert mishaps and limit consequences.

Objectives

  1. Identifies system deficiencies from a process safety point of view,
  2. Assess the potential process hazards,
  3. Identifies measures to minimize the hazards,
  4. Recommend proper measures & procedures for controlling the identified hazards
  5. Recommend measures for improving the effectiveness of the existing process conditions.
